The house is located in a  1100m2 property located at the seafront road of Madalena do Mar, strategically between the sea and the hillside.

Climate

Maritime temperate, high solar exposure, with average annual temperatures between  23º and 33 º in summer and 16º to 26 º in winter.

The slope

The rocky cliff is a breathtaking gift from nature. Its singular beauty lines the main road along the pebble beach. At the basis of the huge cliff there are the typical terraces featuring Madeiran agriculture which is, in this case, exclusively dedicated to banana plantations.

The sea and the beach

The sea is usually calm, with average annual temperatures between 18° in winter and 26° in summer
The beach is paved in pebbles, the whole length, sometimes partially covered with black basalt sand.
